We live in Dalmatia and can honestly say – this is our place on Earth. It was right here, by the Adriatic Sea, where we got married and decided to build our lives. Central Dalmatia has become our true home.
We know this region like the back of our hand – its climate, the specific nature of the stone, winter humidity, summer storms, the powerful Bura and gusty Jugo winds, and the beauty of every season. That is why we decided to create a company that cares for properties exactly the way we would want someone to care for our own home.
We are a family business, not just another corporate machine.
We don’t service hundreds of properties across all of Croatia. We intentionally operate only in a relatively small area from Šibenik to Trogir. This allows us to be truly close to every property entrusted to us and, in case of any need, to be on-site very quickly.
